I get weirdly modest, and so put this off to the ninth hour, but. Here it is.
I am eligible for awards that touch upon the following:
My full-length novel, The Key to All Things, came out this July 2020. It’s gotten some awesome reviews and some meh ones, but no passionately bad ones, so that’s lovely. 😉
It is primarily a fantasy novel, a romantic adventure with a touch of mystery.
You can read an excerpt and such, here, on the product page.
Also, Cat Rambo is awesome, and you should read her blog.
Imposter syndrome is kicking me in the teeth, but I’ve been working on a novel fairly well, it’s a murder mystery, a ghost story – there’s a charming love story between the very alive protagonist and the possibly not alive secondary protagonist.
So the actual writing is good. I think I will be able to present you all with a dark, spooky supernatural tale that’s a little different from my usual stuff. I am completely in love with Sabine, who insists on quoting lots of poems so I’ll be doing a bit of “Is this legal for me to use” research, and it’s set from the 1920’s to the 50’s so research to make sure that it works historically will be done.
Happy holidays, to all of you. <3
